The Iowa State Bar Association is a vibrant, progressive organization that provides Iowa attorneys with the benefits of professional association with their colleagues. Its benefits include continuing legal education, practice aids, interaction with the judiciary and legislature, participation in reform of the law, and news regarding developments impacting the profession.

The Linn County Bar Association is a non-profit corporation whose members are attorneys who work or reside in Linn County, Iowa.

Polk County is home of Des Moines, the state capitol and our Association is the largest local bar association in the state of Iowa. The Association provides continuing legal education, social and professional opportunities to our members and a number of services to the community including running the Mediation Project at the Polk County Courthouse and through a separate charitable organization, the Polk County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project.

The mission of the Scott County Bar Association is to promote professionalism, collegiality, service and honor for the benefit of our members, the legal system and our community.
